Why is the Investor Visa so much better than an EB5?

01

Requisites

Do you truly want to invest over $1 million in american real estate? Then wait 5 years and perhaps with luck finally have a green card after 10 years. Here with an investment of only $300,000 we guarantee a 4% ROI per year for the 5 years you need to own the residence and we even offer to buy this residence from you at the end of this holding period for the price you invested. We make you money and save you time, exactly the opposite of what an EB5 offers.

02

We save you time

We understand that nobody wants to be on standby for over a decade whilst a state regional center plays with your investment. That is why after you have made your investment and provided all the paper work necessary we promise to have your permanent resident card in only 45 days!

03

National Standards

There are many important aspects to the financial freedom you gain by considering a permanent residence in Panama. First off any money earned outside of Panama will not be submitted to any type of taxes, meaning that your earnings are truly yours. The real estate market in Panama has been booming in the past few years with prices going up.
